Netball Update New Appointment

To the Murrumbeena Netball family,

I’d just like to give you an update of the plans going forward, relating to the MFNC netball program.

With Chris stepping away, we obviously have some big shoes to fill. I want you to know that this is our top priority, and we don’t want any disruptions to the growth and success of the program overall.

We will have much more involvement at committee level and want to assure you that we have some people willing to step up, to be more involved in the running of the program.

With this in mind, I can announce that Vicki White will be running Netball Operations.

Vicki is extremely passionate about Netball and is looking forward to meeting you all. She will have assistance from the committee and the coaching team, and we’d like to take the opportunity to have a meet and greet.

We will hold an official breakup this Wednesday at the Murrumbeena Park Bowls Club (just behind our oval on Kangaroo Road), from 7PM.

$10 entry just to cover the cost of pizzas for the night.

It will be a casual night, we just thought it would be nice to have a get together and bring the club closer together.

So to sum it up, we don’t expect any disruptions to the Netball program for next season, we hope you are all looking forward to an exciting new chapter for the Club, and we plan to keep up the high standard of commitment, and organisation, that Chris was so successful in maintaining.

I’d like to think we can have a much closer bond between the Netball and Football groups, we can support each other both on and off the courts and field, and most importantly, make it a competitive, and enjoyable club to be a part of.
