Murrumbeena Football Netball Club slipped to its first defeat of the season, beaten 7.8 to 6.6 by Narre Warren Saints in persistent mist and cross-ground wind. A depleted Reserves team still managed to get the chocolates. The MFNC women had to put down a Narre Warren Saints second half offensive to win, 4.6 to 3.3 while the U/19s went down to Lyndhurst. Our netballers were defeated 33/17 by St Kilda City.
